STROYTECH 2009: exhibitors are happy! The 17th International capital construction week STROYTECH 2009 is over. The official closing ceremony was held on February 20, 2009 on stage of pavilion 4. The exhibition director Olga Dotsenko thanked all the exhibitors of the International capital construction week, awarded the participants with honorary diplomas, and invited everyone to the coming exhibition which will take place on February 19, 2010.
Many people admitted the International capital construction week reduced its exhibition area (it covered no more than 10, 000 sq.m.). The ailing economic situation is the reason. Large companies had to either refuse participation or reduce the exhibition area. We often claim that the strongest survive in the market. The companies which participated in the show were pleasantly surprised with a large number of technical visitors (the exhibition was attended by 8, 000 specialists), and most companies have negotiated profitable agreements and sold equipment during the exhibition. Также Besides, the exhibition management got a lot of letters of gratitude and they will soon be available at Web-site. The exhibition was covered by more than 100 specialized print media, over 20 specialized Web-portals, 7 TV channels (NTV, RBK, Nedvijimost TV, EXPO-TV, etc.). We are happy to inform you that TV channels EXPO-TV and RBK are going to make a film about the 17th International capital construction week, and TV channel Nedvijimost (http://www.nedvigimost.tv/itemID/16/newID/1/vidID/488) in newscast and a report in the TV programme PRO EXPO (http://www.nedvigimost.tv/itemID/15/92). The exhibition was supported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Moscow State Institute of Civil Engineering, E.A. Korol, Professor, Provost for Research of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, DSc (engineering), corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Science; First Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia L.S. Barinova; Director General of the Russian Society of Civil Engineers, Head of the R&D department of the Ministry of building complex of Moscow region V.P.
